Cristian MUNTEANU

Before joining the Nowium team at the end of 2025, Cristian worked for 15 years at a Big4 in the audit and assurance department, where he gained practical audit experience and technical knowledge related to statutory and international audits of large and small, public and private, national and international companies operating in various sectors. During this period, he was also seconded to a United States of America local office, working for 17 months in St. Louis, Missouri.

Key areas of experience are: Retail, Pharma, Manufacturing, FMCG and Business Services.

Cristian truly believes in the value of people and the power of collaboration. Over time, he has developed solid management skills, effectively coordinating teams and projects and maintaining a clear and organized perspective on objectives. Critical thinking is an essential pillar in his way of approaching challenges — he analyzes situations in depth, seeks balanced solutions and makes well-founded decisions.

Cristian is financial auditor certified by the Statutory Audit Public Oversight Authority (ASPAAS), member of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors (CAFR) and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (ACCA).
