Delia DRAGOMIR

Delia Dragomir is the coordinator of Nowium’s legal consulting practice. He also coordinates the litigation and tax law department of Nowium’s legal team.

Delia acts as a senior adviser in complex international arbitration and litigation in a wide variety of sectors, in front of all major international arbitration institutions as well as ordinary courts, involving cross-border enforcement of arbitral awards, government contracts, treaty issues, etc.

She focuses primarily on tax and administrative litigation and she has assisted large international clients in various industries, including automotive and retail, in litigation matters.

Delia advises clients on a wide range of tax disputes, including issues related to cross-border tax structuring.

Prior to Nowium, Delia was the leader in litigation practices in Central and Eastern Europe for an international law firm and coordinated litigation and tax practices in two major international law firms.
